Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, along with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.

Delivery Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 6 to 12 business days, so please allow 7 to 15 business days in total from the time you place your order. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, and some items may arrive in separate packages if your order includes multiple products. A tracking number is sent by email as soon as your order ships.

Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to customs processing, high demand, or carrier issues beyond our control. We appreciate your patience.
